Scott holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Cybit.  He is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of board level experience after having trained with Deloitte in the early stage of his career. Scott brings a wealth of commercial and financial knowledge  gained from roles within some of the North East’s flagship companies, has worked in private equity-backed businesses for the past 13 years and overseen 2 exits resulting in significant investor returns.

Over his career to date, Scott has been instrumental in driving high‐growth acquisition strategies. Included in his achievements are 40+ acquisitions and integrations, fund raising in both banking and private equity sectors, group accounting across multiple companies and delivering a finance function that satisfies the requirements of a listed business on the London Stock Exchange.

Kay has played a key part in the company’s growth for over 20 years. She oversees HR operations, talent acquisition, and people development, ensuring a strong, inclusive and engaged team across Cybit’s 4 offices in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

With a CIPD Graduate qualification in Human Resource Management and Development from Northumbria University, Kay brings extensive expertise in HR best practices, employee engagement, and recruitment strategies. Passionate about people development, she is dedicated to supporting both employees and the business in achieving long-term success. 

Chris Shields is the Managing Director of Managed Services and Sales at Cybit, where he leads sales strategy and operational excellence of the managed services division. With over two decades of experience including edge data centre, cloud services and connectivity solutions , Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of driving revenue and EBITDA growth and innovation.

Before joining Cybit as CSO,  Chris held several senior sales leadership roles at Pulsant and Lumison. His extensive experience in driving growth and delivering exceptional customer service has been instrumental in enhancing Cybit’s managed service offerings and achieving customer satisfaction ratings at over 90% as a result.

Rob Hankin has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, with a deep expertise in data analytics and AI. Over the past 15 years, he has led collaborative initiatives with vendors and distributors such as TD Synnex, Microsoft and AWS and his deep knowledge, passion for innovation and commitment to excellence have made him a respected figure in the industry, serving on several Vendor Advisory Councils as well as an adviser at Board level for organisations ranging from SME or Enterprise level.

As CTO of Cybit, Rob is responsible for overseeing the company’s technology strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. His vision and leadership are pivotal to delivering Cybit’s future growth and success in the competitive tech landscape.

Ewa Johnson is the Chief Marketing Officer at Cybit Ltd, a leading provider of specialist technology solutions for UK organisations across the private and public sectors.

Before joining Cybit, Ewa served as Marketing Director at Ultima Business Solutions, where she was a member of the Operational Board and prior to this, held senior leadership roles in Softcat, iiaa (a privately owned international professional beauty distributor), Vodafone Global Enterprise, OKI, The Prince’s Trust and Xerox.

Ewa’s diverse skill set and ability to navigate different market landscapes is supported by her reputation for ‘out of the box’ creativity, strong commercial acumen, and strategic vision as well as her passion for delivering undisputed marketing value.
